"I highly recommend the Skilled Rider Course to any rider of any experience level. Even though conditions this Saturday were less than ideal - hot and humid with thunderstorms marching across the riding range from time to time - the instructor, coaches, and students put in a fantastic effort. Having ridden a variety of bikes over the past 40 years, I still measurably improved my skills and gained valuable confidence in by taking this course. As the only sport bike rider in the group, I was especially impressed by the way I was immidiately welcomed into the group. I gained a whole new appreciation for the challenges involved in riding cruisers and enjoyed sharing the day with this group of dedicated riders who take their sport and their machines seriously, yet want to have fun safely. It's a great course, well worthwhile, and I will probably take it again one day just to be sure I'm still at the top of my game. It's the only smart way to ride."

"Jim's Harley-Davidson treated me with respect and answered any questions I had with knowledge of the bikes they where selling. Unlike others I had gone to in the area ,Tampa ,Clearwater, they only seemed to want to sell you what they had on the floor,even if it wasn't what you wanted.IF they even would deal with you(Clearwater). Even after a year of owning my '07 they still treat me the same as they did the first day I walked into their showroom."

"My husband and I are from Salem NH and we decided to take a road trip to the Tail of the Dragon and then to Florida. On the way to Florida one of our shocks blow and also caused damage to the rear tire. I called my dealer in Manchester NH to find out if it was covered under our warranty and they said no even after I told him we had the extended warranty. So we called Jims expecting to pay a lot of money to fix every thing. But after telling Chris what had happened while making the appointment he said that not right and took it a step further and called Dominic. Thanks to Chris and Dominic we found out that everything was covered under the warranty. They went above and beyond what my own dealer did and that was great. We ended up visiting the shop a few times and getting all of our t-shirts from there. Everyone was great, from the lady with the broken arm, Chris, Dominic, the guy from NH (sorry don't remember your name) to all the guys in parts and service. I wanted to send an extended thank you to everyone. You all are a awesome team! Thank you again."

"I WANT TO THANK ADAM AND THE FINANCE GUY FOR ALL THE HARD WORK THEY WENT THROUGH TO MAKE SURE THAT THE ULTRA CLASSIC WAS THE BIKE FORE ME IT WAS AT 3:15 ON A SUNDAY AND ADAM AND THE GM AND THE FINANCE GUY (SORRY I FORGOT HIS NAME) THEY ALL WORKED AS A TEAM TO GET ME AND MY WIFE ON OUR NEW BIKE. THEY ALL WERE REALLY GREAT THEY STAYED ON THAT HOLIDAY WEEKEND AND MADE SURE WE WERE READY TO ROLL. WE HAD TO GET BACK TO SARASOTA/BRADENTON WITH THE NEW BIKE AND TRY TO FOLLOW ALL THE BREAK IN REQUIREMENTS OF THE NEW BIKE. THE NEXT DAY ADAM CALLED TO MAKE SUER EVERY THING WAS OK. SORRY I CANT TELL YOU MUCH ABOUT SERVICE, BUT I'M SURE THEY WILL BE JUST AS GOOD AS THE REST OF THE TEAM, THANKS ."

"I recently bought a new HD Heritage Softail Classic and although it is far from the first bike I have ever owned it is however, the first brand new one . Sadly, I did not buy it from your dealership and and I'm now wishing that I did. I had the worst buying experience ever and was just plain pissed off about how that particular dealership handled their sales towards women. Long story short, I just wanted to compliment your dealership on the way you seem to support women riders and include them in your events. I have received many of your event notices and emails and had to tell you how impressed I was to see how included women are within your dealership. It is great to know there are dealerships out there that appreciate the fact that more and more women are buying their own bikes, totally on their own and are not patronized, talked down to or taken advantage of by your staff. It's reassuring and I had to give you a thumbs up. I have always been a solo rider, ride everywhere all the time...(it's my car, so to speak), I have usually kept to myself and not participated in many group events, but am planning to check out some of yours this week.
